Introduction
EPS Cornice is made by EPS profile and polymer mortar.
It required the following material and machinery:
- EPS profile: Expandable polystyrene Block, density 16g/l -20g/l, cutted by CNC cutter for different profile.
- Polymer mortor: Cement and sand other additives. With Dry mixer , it will be mixed by proportionally.
- Grid net: Fabric grid netself -adhesive type.
With coating machine and Wet mixer , we will coat the EPS profile with polymer mortar.
