Mechanical Characteristics
- The part of the machine is welded with square tubes, solid structure ;
- The machine adopts a double speed reducer with a large reduction ratio,equipped with two frequency converters,a round steel guide rail and a main and auxiliary guide wheel structure to ensure smooth operation and free speed regulation; good strength, and simple appearance;
- Voltage regulation: This machine is equipped with one 15KW and two 5KW transformers, which can cut in horizontally, vertically, and cross direction.The voltage output is adjustable from 0 to 220V through electronicvoltage regulation.Can set up to 30 wires in horizontally, and 10 wires in in cross vertical;
- This machine uses key input. The cutting speed is adjustable,and the max movement speed is 2500mm/min. At the same time,the device has a stroke protection function, which automatically protects and stops when the movement stroke exceeds the specified stroke.
